Knaizen
Work with us

Software that ships.

Knaizen is a software studio. We design and run our own products — starting with Knaizen Move, a fleet & telematics platform — and take on a small number of client projects end to end. The same team that ships and operates production software builds yours.

What we do

Three ways we work with teams — from building the whole thing to being a second pair of eyes on the hard calls.

Product engineering

Full-stack web and mobile apps, real-time data pipelines, and the infrastructure to run them. Built to ship and operate in production — not to demo. We stay on through launch and beyond.

Custom software

Internal tools, dashboards, integrations, and automations that replace the spreadsheet and the manual work around it. We handle the schema mapping, the reliability layer, and the parts nobody enjoys.

Consulting

Architecture reviews, technical strategy, and a second opinion on the decisions that are expensive to get wrong — from people who run production systems, not just slides.

One domain we know deeply

Fleet, GPS & telematics

We build across web, mobile, and data — but because we run Knaizen Move in production, connected-asset tracking is a domain we know at the hardware, ingestion, and reporting layers. If you're building a fleet or IoT solution from scratch — or untangling one that isn't working — it's a problem we've already solved for ourselves.

How we work

Step 1
Discovery call

30–60 minutes to understand what you're building, your current setup if any, and what's not working.

Step 2
Scoped proposal

Written scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed-fee or T&M structure depending on the work.

Step 3
Delivery

We build it, integrate it, hand it over, and stay on for as long as the engagement needs.

Rates are quoted per engagement. We do not publish day rates publicly.

Send us a short note about what you're trying to do — a product, an internal tool, or a telematics problem. We'll come back with whether we can help and how.
