Why three years.

Fleet telematics doesn't deliver value in 30 days. It delivers value over years — and a 12-month contract makes that impossible to plan around. Three years is the unit a fleet can actually run on.

Your data needs time to mean something.

Driver scores, fuel patterns, maintenance cycles — months to show signal, years to drive decisions. A year-by-year contract resets that clock every renewal.

Installation is a one-time cost.

Mounting trackers, training drivers, configuring geofences and reports — done once. Three years lets that effort pay back. One year barely covers onboarding.

Price locked at signing.

The $50/vehicle/year you sign at, you pay for the full 3 years. No annual hikes, no surprise add-ons. Predictable budgeting, end to end.

Renewals are an honest decision.

No auto-rolling subscription. At year 3, you decide if Knaizen still fits — and if your fleet has grown, your per-vehicle price drops at renewal. We re-earn the next 3 years.

Knaizen can pull data from most major tracking platforms via their APIs. Bring your devices, keep your platform — we plug in and run the Knaizen dashboard, alerts, and reports on top.

Is Knaizen available to buy today?
Not yet. Knaizen is in development and testing. The prices above are what you'll pay when we open commercially. Beta access is granted manually on a per-request basis while we finalize the product.
How does the volume rebate work?
The more vehicles you track, the lower your per-vehicle price. 1–5 vehicles = $50/yr each. 6–15 = 10% off ($45). 16–50 = 20% off ($40). 51+ = 30% off ($35). The rebate is set at signing and applies to your whole fleet for the full 3-year term.
What if I add vehicles mid-term?
Just add them in your dashboard — billing is pro-rated to the remainder of your 3-year term, at the same per-vehicle rate you signed at. They renew aligned with the main contract at year 3.
What happens at the end of the 3 years?
Nothing automatic. We reach out before year-end, recompute your per-vehicle price against your current fleet size (you may have grown into a bigger discount), and offer a fresh 3-year term at that price. You decide if Knaizen still fits.
Why a 3-year contract instead of monthly billing?
Fleet telematics delivers value over years, not months. Driver scoring baselines, fuel patterns, and maintenance cycles need history to be useful. Hardware install, configuration, and driver training are a one-time cost that pays back over years. A 3-year term lets us lock your price and you plan your budget — no surprise hikes, no churn-driven renewals.
What's the price locked against?
Everything. The $50/vehicle/year (or your rebate-adjusted rate) doesn't move for the full 3 years. No annual increases, no add-on creep, no charge for new features we ship during your term.
Do I need to buy hardware from Knaizen?
No. Knaizen is software-only. We work with Teltonika GPS hardware (e.g. FMB920) that you can buy from any local supplier. If you already have Teltonika trackers installed, you can switch to Knaizen without changing hardware.
What about data retention?
3 years of position history is included in the base price — matches the contract length. No paid add-on, no upsell.
What about support?
Email only at support@knaizen.com. We don't offer phone or WhatsApp support — that's how we keep the price low. The product is built to be self-service end to end.
Where is my data stored?
On a managed PostgreSQL database in the European Union. Daily backups; encryption in transit. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
